Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We know that life can be pretty demanding, for that reason we try to be flexible with our students. For any lessons cancelled within
of their appointment time, the student will be charged half the price of the lesson; if cancelled within 12 hours of appointment time, the student will be charged for the full-price of the lesson. If a student reschedules their lesson within 24 hours of appointment, they will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee. Not so bad, right? Just let us know ASAP so we can get everything squared away!
Basically, give us a 24 hour heads up and you won’t be charged anything. We do this to compensate for “could have been lessons
” or pay instructors even if they have a last minute cancellation.
Instructor Cancellation Policy
Life we said earlier, life can be pretty demanding so sometimes even our instructors have to cancel. However, we know that if anything does come up then you as a student should not be penalized! So, if an instructor does cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the lesson time, the student will receive one free half-hour lesson. Scheduling of the free lesson will be based on students’ and instructors’ availability.
We advise any student who will be late to an appointment to notify us as soon as possible. Students must also be aware that if by any chance you do make it to an appointment late, we cannot extend your lesson time. We don’t mean to be mean, we promise! But if we were to push back times, it would also create conflicts for our other students’ appointment times. So try to be on time guys
20% discounts are offered to students who pay for lessons by the month. In order to receive the discount, all lessons for the month must be paid for in full by the time of the first lesson.
If paying lesson-by-lesson, payments are due at the time of each lesson or beforehand.
If student has an outstanding balance, we will not be able to schedule lessons until the balance is paid in full. We’re sorry!
We are confident that our students will be completely satisfied with our lessons. However, if a student is not satisfied with the lesson, we will refund one lesson in full. However, we cannot refund a full month’s worth of lessons should a student decide our company isn’t for them. Because of this, we strongly recommend each student sign up for our free consultation prior to begin lessons.
